Let me get this straight… the NHL picks two Canadian teams IN THE PLAYOFFS to address the embellishment problem? All teams do it. All teams should be put on notice. All teams need to be treated exactly the same. The NHL should, in the offseason, TELL all the teams that embellishment will be penalized more often and harsher. Do not pick on these two teams in the playoffs… this is not fair to do this at this particular moment.

Someone needs to sit the NHL down and tell them to make the f'ing calls then. The more calls they don't make, the more a player feels like they have to embellish. DUH. Funny how the NHL themselves are usually the main problem.
Vancouver is the last team that the NHL should be concerned with in terms of embelishment, meanwhile all the american teams like colorado and vegas as diving multiple times a game 😂

Nashville ended up with nine more power plays than the Canucks in the last series… what really won them the series was the Canuck PK or lack of creativity for Nashville's power play. Anyway, the Canucks cannot end up with that kind of power play deficit against the Oilers, so I hope they watch for the embellishment because I think that will on the Soiler's end.
The last time the canucks went anywhere in the playoffs van fans rioted looted and set cars on fire when they lost. Edmonton fans are use to being in the playoffs and have lost with style and grace. There is only one toxic fan base here and it isnt edmonton. I get there frustration they have only watched there team in the playoffs twice in the last decade.😢😂

I am an oilers fan. But the Canucks have a a hell of a team this year. It’s gonna be a hard fought series all the way. This maybe the beginning of the next great rivalry in the NHL. And I’m all for it!
