Toronto will NEVER make it past round 2 at most, and best. They just don't know how to shake up the ENTIRE leafs organization the way the Oilers did, and look where they are now and look how fast Toronto is going the other way.

Even Sheldon Keefe's contract runs through the 2025-26 season.

Matthews and Marner are the front-of-house-staff problems on this team. Matthews simply doesn't want to be there and would rather be back in the West Coast U.S and Marner's a child. Defence is held together by a couple of pennies from the back of the couch and bubble gum, I believe Samsonov ordinarily would be a damn fine player but he's been systematically DESTROYED by a lack of support which has tanked his confidence.
Shanahan is shit, Treliving never had the resume and should never have been given the job, I suspect he was was only given the job because he's a massive yes man, and Keefe is shit.

the core 4 did fine. marner is small and doesn't have a style that plays well against boston. and boston is a good team with good goaltending.
