i hope he bounces back and gives the isles a bunch of great years, continuing what he has (mostly) done to this point

A down year for him compounded by Lane Lambert defense (i.e. none) and a lengthy Varly injury meant he saw way more games and shots than he needed to during such a year.
I have full faith he’ll bounce back especially with a full off season to really root out Lane habits and get the full Roy system going. Defense looked much better down the stretch and into the playoffs (outside an obviously injured Dobson).
He needs a better team in front of him
