I'm not a fan of wilson, but the guy puts up 40 points a season, can play first line or any line, has hands, plays a hard game, fights twice in this game, 6'4 220 lbs. I'd take this guy on my team any day. I'll even take his sussy's some times. And hes only 26
I watched this game with the Boston feed and heard Marchand speak at the intermission and he said in so many words this was going to happen and it kind of was a huge needed event for so many levels for the Bruins. Wilson should have gotten ejected from the game after the boarding incident to Carlo and has been suspended now for seven games and the refs not ejecting him basically guaranteed they were going to be calling a fight major.
Didn't you hear? Tom Wilson got suspended 7 games for that head shot to Brandon Carlo. Carlo was hospitalized. I am not sure if he was released today or not. For Tom Wilson, this would 4th time that he got suspended. I know wants to play with intensity, but he learn to control himself. I think he should get more than 7 games. He should get at least 20 games because he is a 4th time offender. Having said that, Tom Wilson will learn shit. Does anybody remember Raffi Torres? Any way, we all know that Raffi Torres is no longer playing in NHL. Remember Todd Bertuzzi sucker punched Steve Moore and Bertuzzi ragged doll Moore while he lying on the ice and punched him some more. Chicken Bertuzzi ended Steve Moore's career. I think Moore was on wheelchair since that incident. Burtuzzi got suspended 1 year. But NHL reinstate him later on. Thank God Bertuzzi is longer playing in NHL. Doh!
