  1. I've said for months I'd rather have Stone over Petterson any day of the week…and you should have seen the hundreds of TROLL comments calling me "delusional" …
I love it when REALITY sets in and puts these absolute dreamer idiot fans in their place , who wouldn't know a good hockey player if one crawled up their ASS
a guy like Stone has heart, drive, maturity, braun, and understands the physical and mental fortitude it takes to win a cup….Petterson will NEVER have that….worst contract Canucks have ever made PERIOD ….said it from day 1

  2. I recall one of Boudreau's first moves was to put Petey on the PK. That gave a chance for Petey to score short handed goals. It at least forced the team on the PP to change up their PP lines to take Pettersson into account.

  3. Pettersson is not the kind of player who makes things happen. The Canucks need more players like Connor Garland, Dakota Joshua and JT Miller.

  4. Whats up with canucks tendies getting hurt in the last 4 playoff runs?
Demko, Markstrom, Miller, Schneider… just unreal bad luck for nucks goalies in the playoffs

  5. Boudreau and Petey had a very close relationship. Remember, Boudreau was able to tap into Petey's ceiling and get him going again when Petey was going through a similar slump. But I don't think Rick Tochet who has been a fantastic coach by all means has been able to really resonate with Petey
