Personally i thought they had a better playoff "ready" team last year. To be fair though they do match up well against the Bruins but i don't think it will be enough. Bruins in 6.
Bruins in 6 unfortunately, we just dont have it. Sammie is pretty good when hes on it, but terrible when he isnt confident. Woll hasnt played nearly enough. Our defence is lukewarm and we cant lock it down and hold a lead.
D is below par but the whole team plays bad D and that is the biggest problem. Goaltending for Leafs is not playoff ready.
Do you even watch the Leafs ?
Some will show up and most others will be floaters.

I agree with it being more "possible" this year, but I feel the way they ended the season could be what sinks them; in other words, they absolutely should NOT have focused so much on helping Matthews reaching 70 because that had them scrambling and not continuing to grow their game.
Plus, it is not good to end the season on a losing note. I truly hope I am wrong though🤞🏻
Go Leafs Go! I think Leafs should rest Sammy – his last two games looks like he might need another one of his health rests. The Leafs have other goalies who can look out until Sammy is ready again. Sammy is really a great guy. 😀
it's clear that the leafs are being wrote off on past performances and results alone. they have a better team this year. the only worry i have is the goalies. Sammy can do the job, we've seen it. Wolls last game was a loss but his best since coming back. i for one have faith. this is the playoffs boys.

I'm not convinced they'll make a deep playoff run. They did address their depth issues with scoring but the defense is abysmal and goaltending is shakey. Treliving needs to make a bigger splash in the off-season
Oh boy, as a leaf fan myself, this is the most hopeful and unfortunately most delusional take i've seen. Say what you will about the Bs, but the leafs defense deficiencies and lack of consistent goal tending will be our Achilles Heel. Offense alone against a heavy built defensive team doesnt give you an advantage. If the Bruins stick to their usual formula, we are fucking screwed. Bruins in 6 or 7.

All the big prediction are going to make Leaf fans stay away from Twitter and Facebook discussions for a while if Boston plays them the same way Florida and Tampa did this week and blows them out in 4 games. Stay humble.

I love the positivity, but I've got to ask, what team are you watching? Certainly not the Leafs we saw in the last four games. Not sure I can pinpoint the specific issue, but it just didn't seem like they wanted it.
I have to say that I am not feeling very positive about this series. Boston has had our number all season long and for years in the playoffs.
As I have done every year since I last watched the Leafs hoist the Stanley cup (I was seven), I will wish for the best and prepare for the worst.
