As a new Leaf playoff supporter – if the Leafs take Morgan out of the lineup, don’t play Marner with Matthews and move JT to the third line – the statistics that it must be impossible for this Leaf Core 4 to keep on failing in the playoffs might somehow miraculously- get Leafs into the second round and a playoff run somehow. 😀
Why even play the games then since the Bruins are going to win the series anyways? Leafs should do the smart thing and forfeit the series to the Bruins by refusing to play the games at all. Why even play the games if the Leafs are going to lose anyways?

I’d rather them be the underdogs than the media pushing bs that they are the favourites like years prior. History shows they shouldn’t ever be considered favourites in the playoffs. Here’s to hoping for a great series regardless
