Raymond is good but he's no Cole Caufield 🤷♂
I don't know if he is kuch but he has taken an unmistakable step this year, especially in the clutch this last stretch
As unfair as it is, the success of the Wings rebuild may depend on Raymond becoming an superstar forward like that. Idk if he will get anywhere near Kuch, but if he can get to be a consistent 90+ pt player for us, then we might be alright. This season has done nothing but give me confidence that he can at least become that 🙏
Raymond is the points leader for the Wings. Larkin is second, and that’s with Raymond playing on the 2nd line most of the season.
Raymond has the hunger, he's beginning to believe.
Next year he’s getting 100 points
Now we know where AI hallucinations come from
Raymond is a stud. His singlehanded determination to drag the rest of the team to competitiveness is great to see.
Wing's fan here. I think Raymond's ceiling is high 80pt maybe breaking 90 once or twice. He is no Kucherov, but that's fine.
😂😂😂😂😂
Buchelnikov is the Wings Kuch
Rookie year "pretty good" but also in the Calder run with Mo, and a year ahead of him. He'd have more buzz if we would have had to smuggle him out of another country but, you know, take what ya get i guess
This is so silly. Not saying he can't but wow this is fever dream levels of projection
I do believe in Lucas Raymond though. He looks like a smart kid, good head on his shoulders for sure. Leadership material.
Dmitri Buchelnikov is Nikita Kucherov 2.0
Lego just no. Please no. This is like if I said Slaf was the next Gordie Howe.
Kucherov has also always had a better team along with him
You also need a Stamkos and a Point to have a Kuch production, no? So it’s not totally up to Raymond to become Kuch.

Red Wings who scored 4 points in a game as a rookie:
1. Gordie Howe
2. Steve Yzerman
3. Lucas Raymond (Oct 24, 2021)
Kid's got chops and hopefully a long All Star quality career ahead. He's gotta work on lower body strength but his grit, vision and creativity have improved considerably this year. Great draft pick.
Razor has breathed new hope and life into this team. He should have an "A" on his chest next season imo. Even if he isn't a big vocal presence in the locker room, his play, effort and determination on the ice is enough to get the guys motivated to win.
