Holloway PK’ed in bako. I think they should’ve begun rotating him in on the PK earlier in the year. Not a permanent spot yet but just to give him more looks and some experience in case of injuries.
Foegele and McLeod both PK and they are good at it. Knoblauch doesn’t use them as much as the others though.
If you take out DR and Carrick, you have Nuge & Henrique, Brown & Janmark, and Foegele & McLeod. That’s 6
Holloway is just a younger, less experienced and without an on ice reputation version of Evander Kane. He crashes and bangs, but faster. Probably a better passer too
Five Vegas starters out for this game. You can bet they’ll be back for the playoffs. Oilers enjoy this win while they can.
Rangers vs Oilers SCF……just for the overall Drama…..with a little help from or friends we shall see the Rangers "Total Hockey" System that Laviolette uses up against the "Secret Rope-a-Dope System" that Knoblauch uses. I am throwing a few Sheckles down on the NYR because that Team looks like a Chainsaw @ work and they can chew straight through anything.
Browny was on fire… this team had a record bad start and is in a position to win the division in game 82. Hollywood looks like he has it figured out, he's going to be valuable for the playoffs, now he gets the OPPORTUNITY to prove that he has the head to be a pro by taking a tough pill (not starting when he looks great) and being ready when he's needed most in the playoffs. Awesome spot to be in for everyone. And for the record, Nobby probably plays Hollywood in at least 2 more games down the stretch to see what he's got and give the kid his well earned shot
