This game was definitely the Islanders best win of this season, so many good things about this game, finally won against Nashville after losing to them 10 times to them, the last time we beat them was in 2017, a shutout win for Varlamov with great saves, and the place was rocking like an earthquake, this was definitely my favorite game of this season so far, despite the pentiles and some mistakes, but they never give up and have won.
I think I watched the third period with my eyes closed!!! Tuesday against the rangers!!! I can’t take this!! I better stock up on tums and alka seltzer!
Been saying it all season. This is the only way they can win. Now Varley is hot and Holmstrom is blocking shots. They got a chance. Rangers going for President’s trophy again and Isles could be their first round match up. Pens won also.

Biggest win of the season lol and I would started Ilya, goes to show how little I know! Unless you’re around the team every day and during their practices? It just reinforces that me as a fan; it’s all speculation. 🤔 Let’s go Isles!
