Best place in all the nhl to watch a hockey game live . excellent sight lines , right on top of the action . Now I have sat in the nose bleeds in the monstrous regular nhl stadiums . I will never again pay 5 cents to watch a live nhl game unless its a rink like Mullett Arena .

People need to realize this was going to happen no matter what because of climate change. Arizona has no water to spare for a rink. It’s just not even in reality to try and keep the franchise there. The citizens have said over and over again they don’t want an nhl stadium and it’s fucked up for people who have never lived in Arizona to be trying to force the coyotes to stay in Arizona. They voted no, and that should have been the end of it there. Instead they drug it on and pretended there was still a chance and got fans hopes up. There wasn’t. This was always going to happen. Arizona is the worst place in the country to try and put a team right now. Seriously, you’d be better off in ANY OTHER STATE.

It's about time. Bettman made a GIANT mistake in putting the team there. That's why this took so long cause he didn't want to say he screwed up. I feel for the fanbase. There is no way an NHL team should be playing in a 45 hundred seat building. There are so many other cities that deserve a team (mainly in Canada) yet you got this farce going on.
Crazy that this team couldn't figure this out, they've been in phx since 1996? And you couldn't get a NHL arena built in Downtown PHX or Scottsdale? Don't worry though, NHL will be back in PHX in next 5 years as a expansion team.

Man my heart goes out to Yotes fans. I always wanted them to succeed being an "underdog" franchise. I can't imagine having a team you grew cheering for and watching your whole life just up and gone with basically no warning. Hope yall get a team back there soon
I’m a Canes fan. I hate this. I really do. Arizona has a solid fan base. They just have d-head bureaucrats that don’t understand what they have.

If Arizona does ever get another team, I think they should name it something other than the Coyotes. Even though they’ll be a lot of nostalgia for it, overall there was just so much drama and baggage. It might be better to make a clean slate.

They will get there team back cause Bettman has a hard on for this Market. All he cares about is numbers. Yeah there a lot of people there but there aren't fans. I'm sorry there isn't. Clearly no one wants this team. No mayors… no voters. Its not a priority to anyone. The small amount of fans I'm sorry it sucks. But this team should have been moved long ago. Heck it shouldn't have got to Arizona to begin with.

No one in SLC even wants a hockey team. It’s a basketball city. There’s no hockey fans here.
Coyotes have a solid fan base. Team was working on a new deal. Then Utah has its ducks in a row for a team and NHL decided to go there because they have a better situation for the 2024-25 season. I feel for Coyotes fans. You got screwed.
I hope the sale finalizes before the finale on the 17th. The fans deserve an opportunity for closure to say goodbye to the players.

What they should do is have half the season in Salt Lake City and half the season in the college arena while they build the new arena. That way we test the Salt Lake interest in hockey.
