Stamkos would be great here. We need some vets to lead the young guys, and I’m sure both Verbeek and Killorn have talked to Stammer about coming here.

Stamkos is one of the best captains in the league. During the playoffs you’ll see him blocking shots to the point it injures him. And he drops the mits. He shows up and leads by example. He’d show the kids what “Sacrifice” really is.
