On April 10, 1982, the Kings came back from a five-goal deficit to defeat the Edmonton Oilers, 6-5, in overtime. The Kings scored five unanswered goals in the third period to force OT, and Daryl Evans scored the game-winning goal in the “Miracle on Manchester.”
