That was way after the whistle and a weak response. This is one big thing that irritates me about the NHL now. If you land a clean, hard body check on someone then all of a sudden their teammate wants to fight you. It never fails. But apparently you can do whatever you want to the goalie and nobody really cares. I'm a goalie myself and luckily I've always played for teams that believed in protecting me. Poking at me after the whistle was like signing your own death warrant. That's the way it should be. People should get challenged for dirty stuff and after the whistle stuff not for a clean body check.

The puck is literally covered, the whistle is blown, and he comes in poking his stick at the goalie and takes a hissy fit when "challenged."
I have virtually no opinion on the players involved here, but Kane just looks like a whiny kid.
