Any chance of getting Mr Lane on
Brilliant way to spend some lock down time 👍🏻
Fair play to Danny and what he’s achieved with how Korda has grown. Also everything he has done for carp angling as a whole he’s done well.
Wow…those fish growth numbers are crazy.
Thoroughly enjoyed that …..
Enjoyable listen, but funny how 3 years ago everybody was told to drop the lead as soon as you hook a fish.
Really enjoyed that, very good listen.
I didn’t want to spend an hour and 45 minutes watching YouTube this evening, but what a great podcast.
Great podcast dan enjoyed it
Fantastic pod cast. Great to hear such straight honest talking. Very refreshing. Makes me want to go gigantia again. First and only time I went with my dad and had the pleasure of meeting Bob on his last trip. R.I.P. Bob.
Like others have said Danny gives so much back to angling… honest and has morals top guy if he asked any of his knockers to show them there tackle box I bet 99.9% would have at least 1 item of korda in it …… he doesn't sell crap its thought out and tried as much as what can be
Can't believe Danny is 74
Great podcast, Danny is an inspirational figure within the industry. Insightful.
Fantastic listen,Danny, your a credit to the industry.
Pfffff Danny’s taken it to the next level thank you for what you do with Korda
Brilliant podcast…I dread to think where UK Carp Fishing, or in fact UK Angling in general, would be if Danny Fairbrass and his amazing team of people hadn’t come on the scene, and not just an overnight success, they have worked bloody hard for it. Everyone has had to up their game, dragging them all screaming and kicking into the future. Amazing story and an amazing guy 🇬🇧👍
Please do an underwater film on gigantica!!
another great podcast! not podcast related but could there be a video made on how to correctly prepare baits like maize etc. i think there is a lot of people out there who could benefit on how to prepare baits for the benefit of the fish?
Awesome podcast from the governor 😁😁😁 Dan is the man and a legend 👍👍👍 please do more pod cast as I'm sure you have so many life story's to share 😁😁😁 awesome and my fishing inspiration along side the legend Terry hearn 👍👍👍 so looking forward to your next fishing adventure tight lines and good health 👊👊👊
Very interesting… and knowledgeable top fella👍👍👍🎣🎣🎣
I always use a tight line when using a running rig and use a slightly tighter clutch to keep the tension there once the hooks set if they try to shake it. You do risk more liners doing this but I think the potential gains are worth the risk. Hearing Danny use a similar method has definitely put my mind at ease on this technique. I may extend the length of my flurocarbon leader on my reel to a few extra feet though.
I love this Pod Cast. It is interesting to hear the Trump hate from these people. Who I don’t necessarily believe have a true pulse on America. Not casting a stone. But I’m surprised how often I hear shade cast from these blokes.
Love listening to this. Great to hear all these behind the scenes stories. Very funny, very informative as well.
Love to see that underwater flim to
Good stuff. Sod the little jealous tarts.

Polymer-tungsten or tungsten heavy metal composites are used as substitutes to lead.
😮😊p😊😊
Not surprising he got cancer given he was melting lead! In a kitchen the fumes must have been so toxic
Close to £2000 a tonne now
