Evander Kane famously scared the daylights out of him in the 2022 playoffs, turning him into an absolute ghost the entire series against the Oilers.

He’s an absolute pain in the ass to play against and is enough of a pest to piss off opposing players and fans to the point where they forget there’s a hockey game going on. After said antics he’ll then proceed to finish the night with 3-4 points which is even more infuriating for opposing teams because not only does he get under everyone’s skin, but he lights you up on the scoreboard as well.
Yeah he’s a fucking asshole on the ice. I don’t think anyone denies that. Even our fans don’t. But he’s still an amazing hockey player. You don’t have back to back 100 point seasons and play at a near point per game pace by being a bad hockey player. Any person in this thread is a fucking liar if they tell you they wouldn’t be ecstatic if their team acquired him. He’s fun to watch and he certainly makes Panthers games entertaining. That and he’s clutch as fuck. We don’t go on that run without some of those goals that he scored. He’ll be a Panthers legend once his career is over.
