yo I’ve tried to ignore it for as long as possible bc I love your vids but I can’t do it anymore. Can you please try adding a de-esser in the audio mix for your videos? Your voice reaches way too far into my ears and it’s irritating. I’m sure it’s a shot in the dark and probably way too entitled of me to even hope for but asking never hurts. I watch all your uploads no matter what but I have to turn the volume sooo low bc your voice has some kind of asmr thing that scratches my brain, it’s uncomfy. Miller has stepped up over the second half of the season. Playing a bigger role of Captain than Hughes. Hughes is still a big contributor but appears overwhelmed by the burden of the C.
I hope the entire team puts the same effort might after night that Garland does. Connor stands out for his intense effort each and every shift!

JT Miller has been my favourite player since he arrived in Vancouver. He just plays the game the way where it’s impossible not for him to be a fan favourite. Hughes is the Canucks best player, he takes over every game that no player other than Mcdavid can do, but Miller is everyone’s favourite player and by far the most underrated outside of Vancouver

In every iteration of the Canucks there is always that one player that is the heart & soul of the team & the catalyst that can change an entire game on their own. They may not be the flashiest player or the one with the most skill.
In the 80s it was Stan Smyl. In the 90s it was Linden. In the 2000s it was Kesler. In the 2010s it was Burrows. And now JT Miller is that kind of player.
I want to say hughs may be more skilled but JT Miller has been much more clutch and exceeded expectations. He deserves the success with the hard work he's put in this season!
I´m a VGK fan trying to weigh the lesser of two evils of who I want the VGK to play in the first round, so I´m not the most educated on all things Vancouver, but for me you can trace the start of Vancouver´s success back to the hiring of Rick Tocchet. I freaking love him as a coach! I have no idea what AZ was doing when they fired him, but he has brought a grit and a structure to the Canucks that they badly needed. Glad to see Vancouver enjoying this success. Having said that, I would love for the VGK to be the ones that put an end to it this year. Only time will tell.
I'm not comfortabel in picking a "best player". it's the depth of the team that really impresses me. I'm a full-on fan of the Canucks and I live 80 kilometres from Toronto. What does that tell you??
EP40 & Hughes were magic to watch in the first half. I think the fact that the comment section has minimum Petty mentions is probs due to hindsight bias. But from someone who has watched almost every Canucks game for the last 6 years, it feels like Hughes & Miller are driven every single game

Demko is our rock. He's SOLID all the time and doesn't let us get rattled easy.
Miller is our heart and soul. He is the vocal leader.
Petey is just generally all around amazing, he's having a slightly off year (but will still be close to 100 points again)
Brock has found his space, I think with Bo gone, he's taking a lot of the PP spots Bo did. Hence his (likely 40-45 goal season)

Really can’t wait for Canucks playoffs again,.. but I’m not to sure yet.. trying to be optimistic but a lot of good teams right now. I was definitely a horvat over Miller person but he’s turned his attitude around and has made him way better player and so glad he’s here still.

Miller is like the new Kesler. And like him, i predict his play will start to deteriorate, and fans will only talk about his contract. And i don't mean in 7 or 8 years, but like starting the year after next. Both he and EP40 will become boat anchors. I'm a Canucks fan, and don't wish for this to happen, but it is what must happen according to the hockey gods. Vancouver can never have a consistent winning team, sorry, just the rule. Oh, and also they may never draft first overall. Google it.
