Darnell Nurse almost caught Brandon Duhaime with a violent across the body hit in the neutral zone. It ended up being perfectly shoulder on shoulder. Do you think this more because Nurse did things to avoid the head or more because Duhaime protected himself by getting his head up and back out of the way? Have your say!

Knowing Nurse, it was Duhaime avoiding the shoulder to the head.
Not sure what I'm suppose to see… clean hit. But then again, I'm an Oiler fan… but still.
Looks fine, not sure what the controversy is
That looks like a clean shoulder to shoulder check to me. Not a particularly big one, though.
Clean hit. You can even see the effort to lower his shoulder. Not a tough call at all. Furthermore, with all the head contact, the player in possession should be held accountable as well. Playing the puck, bent over leaving yourself vulnerable. It's on them. I'd fine them as well, hits w head contact make the league look bad.
Are we looking for a charge or? Looked clean to me
Clean
Avs fan, it’s clean. Looks like he came in high and if Duhaime didn’t know how to take a hit it could’ve been dangerous. People need to know how to both give and take a hit
It's shoulder to shoulder, but seems like Nurse jumped into it. If it was just a little further it would have been insanely illegal
He did a good job staying on his feet. He very likely got the wind knocked out of him.
he went a little high but he is a big guy clean hit dont like nurse
Looks clean. Terrible pass by teammate.
Thank god you don’t run the nhl. Imagine games where there’s about 30 seconds of actual 5 on 5 hockey per game.
Clean
Self preservation by Duhaime. Nurse driving shoulder up into the space where Duhaime's head was but Duhaime shows excellent avoidance by getting his head out of the way and even better control by staying on his feet after the hit.
