Well there goes the season probably
We still have the easier schedule. Who knows, this might be the point that gets us in playoffs. Play out the season hard and see where the chips fall at the end.

Well we got to watch neighbors develop this year, hofer looks like the goalie of the future, Matt kessel looks like a solid top 4 defensemen and thomas is an elite forward. Next year we’ll get to see some young players replace some of these players

Calling it now, it’s going to come down to the very last game for the Blues this season. I bet we’re going to need a regulation win against the Stars in three weeks to sneak in to the wild card. Here’s to hoping Vegas shits the bed going forward though

Buchy Thomas and Kyrou decided to dissappear a the absolute worst time. Namely, Thomas couldn’t zone entry to save his life and Kyrou had 3x more turnovers than shots. And Buchy, man, you had the game on your stick.
Our remaining schedule is middle of the road when it comes to opponents. We really needed the beat vegas in regulation there.. I just don’t see them shitting the bed. We still have Oilers, Trashville, Canes, and Dallas.
Season over crowd getting by awful loud. Jesus guys plenty of hockey left. We lost a single fucking point. Chill.
Really need Buchy to get out of his funk and for Thomas to start shooting again.

I really don’t want to be a doomer, but this is the one game that they could not lose, even with the OT point. If they had won in OT, I still think it would have basically been a loss with Vegas getting a point. It was certainly not for lack of effort and I can’t really find fault in anyone’s play tonight. They hit at least 3 posts/crossbars and Thompson played out of this world.
It now feels like a single loss will be the end once and for all. I know the numbers still say there’s a chance, but unless the Knights completely shit the bed, I don’t think there’s a realistic chance anymore.
I know it’s not over until it’s over, so here’s hoping for a miracle!
Score season saving goal with a few minutes left>get penalty shot in overtime>miss penalty shot>lose 10 seconds later, likely ending your playoff hopes. Of course it happened that way. This team is cursed.
