Overall, a pretty solid game by the Leafs. Took their foot off the gas in the 3rd and they're still way to passive when its a 6v5 imo. They did keep Edmonton off the scoreboard at even strength though. Also, glad to hear sammy is ok.

Good 2 pds. 3rd was not . Team laid off body and started stick checking . The game turned and if nit for a few good saves and a post at the end oilers would have embarrassed leafs . Full 60 minutes next time.
Big win! Great team work, goaltending and physicality to beat the inferior Oilers.
So… could we live without Marner in the future and load up with a combination of grit and decent skill??

It was so nice to see the Leafs not get pushed around. The supporting cast stepped up giving the impression that the Toronto depth will serve this team well in the post season.
