I hope this guy develops an unquenchable thirst for goals in the NHL
Barkey was challenged at training camp by Briere and Tortorella to go back to Junior hockey and get a 100 point season while playing in all situations. Barkey delivered. I love him. The kid is an incredibly smart player who just never stops skating or playing. He’s going to be a handful at the NHL level. I’ve called him a much less abrasive Brad Marchand. Flyers got a gamer and keeper in him.
