Marner is definitely not overpaid. Nylander and Tavares are overpaid. Marner plays first line, first PP, first PK, most points for the leafs every single year.
if anyone doesn't know all hockey players, athletes in general are WAAAAAY overpaid. An NHL minimum of $750,000??? To play around at a game, that you love playing. Give me a break
Matthew needs marner to pass him the Puck to score he's not scoring and playing well playing 23min maybe it's to much looking slow and tired at times.

Mitch Marner was hotdogging when he got injured… he was doing an unnecessary little twirl before shooting the puck (right after he had an open net and didn't shoot). I hope he learns a lesson here.
Marner is not the problem, Keefe and Brodie, who does not go into corners and does not clear front of net , is major problem with leafs, Marner to small is bullcrap, Marner hotdogging, put on your rose coloured glasses,
Marner is the engine on this team, only guy on the #1 unit in every situation. Kampf takes the faceoff on a 5on3 against but as soon as he can get off the ice for Marner. Webber is a longshot to ever play in the NHL, let's be real if he was that good of a prospect someone with multiple draft picks would have spent a lot higher pick.

Guys like Reaves are paid for certain situations that os what the yeam pays for if you don't produce in those situations then you are overpaid
