Glad Rangers are looking at him. I think he would be a great fit for the bottom 6 with potential to play in top 6 role. He’s a C/RW which is something this team needs. Rangers could use a guy like this after moving some draft picks. Reminds me of when they added Hayes,Vesey,Pionk and Georgiev.

Kid is from the northeast and the Rangers can practically guarantee him a spot on the 1st line in Hartford at a minimum with a real shot at making the NHL squad next season out of camp. Plenty of teams might want to sign him but both center and RW are big organizational holes for this franchise right now. There’s a very obvious path forward for him with the Rangers which might give Drury an advantage here.

I’d be a massive fan of this move. I’ve seen him play a bunch at Quinnipiac. C/RW who’s an elite scorer and a power play weapon. He’d slot in nicely as a top-six forward in Hartford next year before getting a shot to break camp in 25-26.
