The Legend of Evgeni Malkin Begins – 4th NHL Goal Highlight
This is a video of Evgeni Malkin scoring his 4th goal in only his 4th NHL game. Neither Lemieux, Gretzky, or Crosby accomplished 4 goals in 4 games to start their career.
hes far from datsyuk as of last year is fourth in the leauge in scoring along with winning the slkye for being the best forward at defense. malkin gets more time on offence because of that more time to score. datsyuk is on the first penlty kill line which average an extra four mins a game where he cant play offence. which is 328 mins of extra time on offence that malkin gets over datsyuk. and hes only 16 points behind him in the standings. that was while missing two weeks of playoff games.
No it wasnt, as long as any part of his foot is touching the blue line its onsides, thats why you see people drag their toe across the line when it gets really close
being in 10th place and only needing 3 to move to seventh with zetterberg kronwall franzen lijia cleary ericson and williams missing is pretty good lets see the pens do something like that.
earlier in the season they sucked once they were missinc them they lost alot of games. they were never missing all those guys at once. wings just got back filipula theyre still missing 5 regulars and 3 third liners.
yes adding fucking idiot to the end of your sentance makes you look better. look at the teams you guys played they were in no way defensive teams. so of course your going to score more. if you would have gone seven games with a team like the devils your goals and assits wouldnt be anywhere near as high.
@atomictaco94 you can present a reasonable argument there. Malkin's biggest problem is faceoffs, which for a center is not very good. But otherwise he's got size, strength and skill.
I actually remember watching this a few years ago and thinking "Nice..looks like we have ourselves a hockey team now". The Pens were so bad for a handful of years that watching them felt like watching the buccos on ice. But when Geno joined in '06 I felt we had two of the top five players in the league (and I still feel that way). The Crosby/Geno combo is unparalleled in the NHL, especially because they're still so young. Now lets hope for at least another couple of Stanley Cups…starting now!

no they werent they were missing three of those 7 the rest had playable injurys. tell me how many points crosby scored against the wings?
then when datsyuk came back who scoring droped drasticly genos did. malkin was covered really well by fil in games one and two.
zetterberg was fourth. rafalski was second? datsyuk made it to 8th after coming back. these are all seires wise if you didnt know

you know its true look at the average points against the first three teams then compair it to the wings who are a ofd team and they drop alot.
