I love it. MacK was robbed of the Hart a few years ago, and looks to be on an absolute mission this year.
I’m sure he wants the Hart even though he will say and I truly believe that it’s a consequence of him pulling this team to playoffs and a Cup run. Championships fuel him, not awards. Awards are the byproduct of his drive for greatness.
That said, people also need to recognize who’s #5 on that list to really appreciate this team.
