Oilers have to win period. Yes losses occur but when they do, getting past and ready for next game is crucial. Coach is doing this and I love the effort from players. GO OILERS GO!
I would play pickard 4 more games in a row and 5th game then STU but pickard plays most of the 20 games left then when playoff starts then play Skinner then he's well rested and goes ham
Dear Oilers Coach….If you plan on following this GamePace Management template…do you think it would be wise to start to consider the discipline dynamic when everybody else starts following the same Playoff Template of Rope-a-Dope, especially when things get edgy dirty dank and greasy? How will you retaliate? What PLANS have your made to 100% ensure that you have specific pressure relief programs available so Players do not retaliate and begin taking penalties in response to external stimulus when those first 2 periods become Gladiator type periods instead of dump-and-chase Clinics….what do you have to tweak add or delete from your Program to make this happen? Discipline is a System issue and must be internally managed by a Tactical Program. Do you really think that discipline is an individual Player issue and that there is no overriding management protocol?….and do you really think that your Team has the extra Head-Space for Mumford and his rhetoric because I see him as an extra body for the Opponents because of the Head-Space he occupies while they are playing the fastest game on the Planet….do you understand that at all — because it might already be to late to get him out of the dynamic?

The second PP line needs a shake up.
The best part of PP last year was the unpredictability and the general lack of structure made it successful.
Get Campbell while hes hot i still feel if campbell played against vegas after he replaced skinner we would've won….
