So what is the consensus on the “Philly Sports Guy”? I know the “Sign Guy” is a respectful legend but what about this dude who is always on TV, especially national broadcasts.

He’s just a pizza delivery guy who’s passionate about philly sports. (This is also my recollection from 20 years ago. I don’t know if he’s still currently a delivery driver)
