I’ve lived through 5 decades of Hawks teams. This one is completely rudderless and the players don’t even care any longer. It’s plain to see they just don’t care and do the bare minimum.
They know their sacrificial goats and as such, they’re just collecting a pay check. Even in the dollar Bill Wirtz days they still played for the pride of the sweater and being in the NHL period.
