As a Canuck fan, I've very concerned with how Western contenders around us locked and loaded this trade deadline and we did very little. Lindholm was an early play, I get it, but teams around us upgraded significantly.
So we’re just gonna ignore the hurricanes trade
A thought that entertains me more than anything is a whiteout in the Stanley Cup Final(it'd be nice if the Jets were allowed to wear white for it too)

Oilers 1a, Jets 1b fan here and I love this move and really have a good feeling for both teams going into the playoffs. I just hope not too many of the Canadian teams end up meeting in the first round because honestly Vancouver, Edmonton and Winnipeg all look like they are poised for a deep run.

I agree the Jets team game this year has been fantastic and they have a deep lineup. However, the Oilers have been very, very impressive. My worry for Canadian teams are Dallas and Vegas. They both are completely stacked. Colorado too, but they lost depth in recent years. The stars and the knights will be incredibly tough match ups though.
The way every playoff bound team is loading up, it is going to be an interesting playoff year!

the biggest problem with the Jets going anywhere in the playoffs is having to face Colorado in the first round . Same with Vancouver , at this point they'd be facing Vegas in the first round and we all know how good Vegas can be !!!! If the Jets face the Avs in the first round , it's going to be a great first rd match at least !!!!

just my guess …. but i,de bet the farm on it …. everything about that Fraud comment points to me to the Dallas stars and the mouth of Seguin . it would certainly be something if the Jets finished 1st in the division ( it will be likely right down to the wire ) and the stars lost to the Avs first round and the name came out after . love to see some egg on his face . if indeed my assertions are on target ….. facts are though , indeed the jets have had not much if hardly any success against Dallas over recent history and to his credit Seguin always finds the scoresheet
