This is inexcusable! A trade of a fan favorite to your most hated in-division rival starts with 2 firsts and doesn't end with giving away assets and salary retention. I defended Grier on the Timo and Karlsson trades, but this is beyond disgusting!

Realistically hertl is 30 by the time the sharks are ready to compete hertl will be 33-34 years old making 8 million a year. Timelines for both sides didn’t match up. Now just got to take advantage of the draft.
