Not surprised, we talking about the dude who wanted to watch the lightning celebrate the cup to make sure he never felt that again

Next press conference, someone needs to ask Kent about the importance of acquiring a 2ppg player

My seven year old says Nick Suzuki has been his favorite player his whole life. It was the first hockey card he got from a timmies pack.

    I’m the PPG player now.

Suzuki leads that top 11 in shooting % by a decent margin so don’t expect this to last

  8. back around the Olympic announcement, I said Nick would need to play at like a 90-point pace till they pick teams to make it

    looks like he’s doing it

Suzuki has looked totally different since late november early December. That article published about how the team has given him some advanced stats and he’s following it, playing low in the ozone and really drawing defenders in has paid off. The way he’s controlling the PP no matter where he is but it seems like he likes being down low, he’s got great patience and can really fake out defenders.

He also looks like he’s slimmed down since the start of the season. You can see it in his face, just seems to have longer sustained burts. If cole and slaf can go on another heater zuks is pushing 82……

And everyone saying his defensive metrics are elite. We got a player boys!

And just a little reminder to everyone that the Jets are killing it with no player over 55 pts. Games are won by scoring more goals than the opposing team. It can be done by one player burying 60 a year or two scoring 30.

Even if we never get our own McDavid, it doesn’t mean we can’t start three solid lines and achieve greatness either way.
