The playoffs are a different animal, they only need to keep the regular season games against top teams close, no blowouts, Oilers need a strong dump and chase player, like Martin Gelinas was, there has to be a player out there that they can make a trade for.
thanks to 4 big wins in a row…. we are 4 pts ahead of the 8th (last) playoff spot !!! So our playoff chance seems secured. I know we could have lost 4 games and we would be 4 pts behind the last slot.. but with the cushion we now have – have a great chance at the CUP !

If the oilers are going to win the cup they have to get these wins against top teir teams. For a couple years now we been losing to these teams
