Interested to see how Jack Hughes performs under Green.
Dump and chase hockey is back!
Get ready to learn Dump and Chase, Jack.
👁️ 👄 👁️
Will be interesting to see him coach a non-Benning roster.
But they still don’t have a goalie so not sure how they think they’re gonna make playoffs just hiring the assistant coach and not really a new voice in the room
Travis Green?
OMFG this hilarious!
If green gets a full time job out of this he’s walking into a pretty decent situation (assuming they get goaltending help)
LMAO
Hope the Devils forwards take some Gravol because Green’s line blender will be going hard AF
Hahahha
Real good team /60 STONKS ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
I believe in Green but RIP to Devils playoff hopes
Be there for your friend who is a Devils fan. We know this pain all too well.
If Green hadn’t managed to ice a historically bad PK he would have been fine. Unfortunately it was a HISTORICALLY bad PK and he was not fine.
NJ Fans, youre about to hear a lot of the following:
“Thats a good team over there..”
Honestly he was a decent coach that got a lot out of our young players. I was sick of his shit by the end but I always thought he deserved another crack at it
Good luck from Vancovuer.
I hope those guys do the little things right
He’s a great coach and he’ll succeed in NJ, good for him.
Jack Hughes will play LD for the remainder of the season.
Too many men penalties are back on the menu Jersey
good for him. always liked green despite how things played out during his tenure. its likely too late for the devils to make any sort of reasonable push, but it should be fun to keep track of regardless.
Best of luck to Greener!
Good! I’m happy for him. He’s a decent coach and I’m not surprised he got a head coaching job again, albeit on an interim basis.
The key for New Jersey is to hope for a good stretch of wins once Travis Green takes over with his new system, but once things start diving then you need to replace him with Bruce Boudreau for the Boudreau bump. Then once that stops working, you hire a new guy like Tocchet.
