I saw this video when we first acquired him. It really gives insight into a lot of the adversity he fought through before he was even drafted into the NHL. This video is from Sportsnet and was made when Cody was with the Portland Winterhawks in major juniors.

I gotta say I got teary eyed last night watching him try to hold back tears during the first star interview with Kara. Was so happy for him to that hat trick last night.
