I think Sauces comments were more common based as opposed to the schematics of the Death Star people are thinking of. I think guys leak the basics of gameplans all the time. Especially when guys are released and picked up by the team, they were going to play next. Sauces' accusation is more about how real dudes don't say anything but lame ones do.
I saw The Pivot podcast. While Hardman had some valid points, I think it was unprofessional to air the Jets' dirty laundry. He could have just said that the team wasn't a good fit, and that things fell far short of what he expected after he signed.
Teams might be leery of signing Hardman due to a lack of professionalism, as well as how he might be perceived in the locker room. But, he's got his bag and his rings.
I'm a Jets fan, and the team is a disaster. It sounds like the Jets are trying to do damage control because Hardman's 'comments are an indictment on the entire organization, down to the players.
But, this accusation of leaked game plans is just ridiculous. Neither the Chiefs or Eagles would want to be caught up in that, given where their franchises are relative to the Jets. What is there to be gained?
I just wish that fans would boycott the Jets, and that Woody Johnson would sell the team. The Jets find ways to achieve new lows every year.
