Hughes hasn’t looked his best recently, it feels like the team goes with him (as it should, he’s the captain). Hopefully this game leaves a sour taste and something to build on next game.

Not really a huge surprise how we’re losing now that basically everybody apart from Miller hasn’t looked their best lately, especially Petey and Quinn

I’ve been pretty supportive of Petey because generally he’s good defensively. His body language right now is not great. that fourth goal against, loses the board battle, whips his head back, and just spins away from the play leaving him in no position to stop the breakaway.
We’ll score 9 on Tuesday also we should make a trade.
Canucks have exactly ZERO wins against any western conference teams with a record above .500 since fucking Nashville back on Dec 19th. The team has just been playing completely uninspired hockey ever since Kuzy got traded…. absolutely piss poor effort from the team tonight, and for the past few games.
Top guys on LA smoked ours tonight and they exploited our defences weakness from forecheckers. The amount of times we were blocked in the NS was nauseating to watch.

What’s up with our lines? Seems like at the start we had all 4 lines clicking. Now we can’t get anything going down the lines
After the winnable Ducks game, we have the face the Kings again, the Golden Knights, and the Jets.
I still am going to try to keep my composure…but if this streak goes to 2-8-1 I will start to panic. And unfortunately with how they’re playing I see that as the likeliest outcome.
