For Kane 2 years 10 million seems fair. 1 more year for Perron can’t hurt at around 3 million.

I’m on the “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” train right now. Best team we’ve had in about 8 years. Unless they get an absurd offer for someone like a 1st for Sprong, maybe Ghost. Make some roster decisions after the season and a couple guys will walk and slot in a young player or two

Who are we willing to move? I think we could use another really solid defensemen. Outside of chariot, walman, and seider I’m not really sold on anyone else.

Kanes been great but he also hasn’t played a lot of hockey, I’d let him play another 15 or 20 games and make sure he’s holding up ok before we give him the bag.

Extend Sprong but I would trade Perron if the price is right for athleticism, skating, speed and puck handling.

I’m still nervous about signing Kane long term. He looks good mostly but he’s definitely lost some speed and when the playoffs come around it’s a whole different game. It’ll be interesting if he’ll be able to hold up against much more physical play and probably a lot of cheap shots.

I’m all for a Kane extension. Him reporting earlier that he has no pain in that hip is very encouraging. His surgeons did an amazing job.
