I don't know about this one. That third line has been doing well so I say we just keep Brodzinksi as the 3C. Unless we find a way to get rid of Goodrow, we should prioritize getting a right winger.
I'm not that worried about the bottom 6 at the moment, unless we wanted to put Wennberg as the 3C and Brodzinski as the 4C and banish Goodrow to the Phantom Zone or something. But we're stuck paying Goodrow and I've been happy enough with Brodzinski as a center that I don't see that much reason to worry about moving him back to the wing. I'd rather save cap space here and focus on getting a RW for the first line.

to everybody here saying the bottom 6 is fine; sure, right now it's doing well. but the rangers do not want to go into the playoffs with 3 ahl call ups in their lineup. they definitely are going to need a legit nhl presence in the 3c role and you might be able to get away with jimmy vesey on your first line with johnny brodzinski on the 4th line

I said it before and I’ll say it again I don’t think we need anybody unless you can get somebody who’s gonna make a major impact. We have plenty of bottom six players in this organization already. Unless you’re talking about a Hannifin a Crosby A difference maker that you can secure up for more than one season why waste any resources right now it never works. Look at all the moves. The Bruins made last year on top of already setting records with their regular season only to be outed in the first round. we do not need anybody else’s garbage. We’re close enough to New Jersey already. 😂
