Kane has just as many goals as MCscaredTOshoot… yeah lets put him on the 4th line
This is not the first time Kane didn't put effort in. When watching Kane you can see he is a selfish player who doesn't play as a team. This isn't the first time Kane has played this way. He is a good goal scorer when he cares to put in the effort. The problem is Kane doesn't want to put in a full 60 EVER! He is a waste of cap space and doesn't deserve to play for the Oilers.
Where is all this hate coming from? Kane is what he is. A sniper. Definitely don’t play him in 3v3 OT. We learned that last year. Why was he even on the ice? That’s on Knoblauch. Kane made a mental mistake and could have happened to any number of players. He doesn’t need to be punished for it.

He can be selfish, like when he screwed us in the WCF with that dumb penalty and suspension. Good player when he cares but makes boneheaded decisions
I don't understand if Kane just has god awful cardio or if he's just lazy. Neither is acceptable but that OT was absolutely one of the hardest sequences of play I've ever had to watch.
If he had a chance for an empty net goal he would have pushed
