Idk, personally I think there’s more to it than just simply the remark, and that maybe everybody jumpung to instant outrage and burring these guys instead of taking the opportunity to address what was wrong with it and what to learn from it, isn’t the right solution. But that’s just me.
I think what Laine needs now along with more support from the fans is a trade. A new team that wants him and a fresh start in a new home could do wonders for his well being on and off the ice.
