Zad and Joshua are the kind of guys you win with in the playoffs. Skilled with lots of grit and also the first to step up to protect their teammates from opponents who try to take a run at our guys.
And this is why we need to go all in this year, because we most likely don’t have the cap space to keep both Zad and Joshua who would want big long term deals that other GMs are willing to give out.

I hope Canucks brass make enough room to re-sign him. The guys appreciate his toughness and his willingness to stand up for teammates.
