Gopher men’s hockey rallied to beat Wisconsin 2-1 Saturday night and split their February series with goals by Erik Haula and Nate Schmidt. They also were presented the MacNaughton Cup for clinching the WCHA regular season championship Friday night.

Schmidt goal is maybe my favorite play by a defenseman of all time. Phenomenal zone hold, walks passed an outstretched defender, blasts it home and the place goes nuts.
