Torts has a huge roll and say on who stays and goes in this organization and Iām very happy that he is a no b.s guy and honest. Great management and bench boss. He better win the jack Adamās this year. But of course the media will be all over the coaches with the best record this season which is criminal and bad for the league.. NHL tries to do whatās cool and whatās trending..and teams ban together like the flyers are doing and ramming it down there throats. I love it go flyers
Torts honestly looking not only at the immediate but longterm success of the Flyers Organization. Some moves will need to be made which may not be fan favorites right away but assure the sustained success of the Flyers longterm.
I would not trade Laughton. He's got too many tangibles. He lost iice time early in year to who ..Catsieš! Coots and Laughton are 3rd and 4th line centre's bottom 6 guys with strong leadership skills for room! We need a young 1st line centre to play ahead of frost and another 1st rounder at the deadline.. Laughton, Seeler, and Walker are all guys who should be moved to get draft picks. Of course, those should be 2nds and 3rds at this point, not 4th+. Thatās the benefit of the current record. Briere can ask for above talent compensation
