  1. wings have kane, Fischer, Perron, and Sprong all forwards who are UFA next season. Stevie not looking to give him away.

  2. When it comes to these "trade rumors" they completely forget that GR exists. He's not going to sacrifice the development and chemistry of GR just for the possibility of getting a better player at the deadline. I could see him making a few hockey trades, like 1 for 1's.

  3. It all depends on whether those teams have what Stevie wants. Berggren could also be part of a package to get better, too, be it at forward or on defense. Seider is amazing, but he can't do it all, nor should he be expected to. I'm not sure who I'd target if I were Stevie, but that's just some food for thought.

  4. I think Yzerman has no intention of trading Bergeron unless their an insane offer that Yzerman can't pass up and I don't think even with a bidding war Yzerman wil get such a deal and unless a deal like that is offered like a first and player (non rental good defenseman to upgrade) and a prospect and take a defense man i don't want Yzerman to trade him. But have trust in Yzerman and know he will only make a deal that will benefit and help make the red wings better

  5. I don't see why Ott or Mtl would want him.
Ott maybe because they want to fill up their depleted prospect pool?
Mtl … maybe because they need some actual forward depth in the NHL right now?

I think Ana is the best option IF Det actually wants to deal him, because Ana has some good vets that Det could use.
I'd be interested to see what Det would get from Arz, it doesn't look to me like they have anything to offer O_o.
