Overall it was a solid game. Some pretty sloppy sequences at times with penalties and getting pinned in the zone but it was promising. If they look like this against a team that isn’t playing its third road game in five days I’ll be all aboard the Hiller train.

Poverty franchise gifted 4 1OA picks in nearly as many years and wins the McDavid lottery and still manage to be pathetic losers that cant win if they’re not getting 20min of PPs a game or playing their top 2 guys 30min a night? I went into this game hopeful but tempering my expectations. Now I’m cautiously optimistic. The boys showed heart, this level of effort is what I wanted. They looked like they wanted to win. This is great, gotta love it!

Alright boys my first kings game I ever got to attend in person was 4-0 against a conference rival with a mid-season coach change at the tail end of a losing streak and that was 2/25/2012 so here we go cup #3.

Team was way more loose and relaxed but also somehow played out of their minds energy wise.. It was like watching a completely different team! Just watching the game it felt like guys were at ease with the pedal pushed to the floor. Ive seen this team have a dominant win this year but not like what I saw last night. The vibes were crazy, like peak playoff skill vibes. Really like what Hiller has done with the teams mindset and direction. Doesn’t feel like guys are being strangled by a scheme.
Great game.. though the takeaways were killing me.
