I just heard the story of Sid and the blind vet Montreal fan with the Stanley Cup.
That's a leader who controles everything in his power to lead himself and his environment up to success. It's a thing of beauty! Even in the bigger picture his attitude helps to keep players interested in joining the Penguins. Cup ambitions at this stage are very, very ambitious, but the fact we still talk about it is an accomplishment within itself.
I stand by my word. Every “new gm” inherites a mess , like we all said Ron had when Jim left …they wouldn’t have a new job if there wasn’t a mess to clean up …if Pens Miss playoffs again , you really blame Hextall?????? Come on …..
Curious about other fans … if Pens miss playoffs AGIN , and sure looks like they’ll miss. , who do you blame more ….Ron or Kyle….?

I'll say it again……….we as Pens fans are very very privileged to have a captain like Sid but also Mario!!! Both are the best of the best. Love the show DK.
I've been a fan and a very loyal one of the Pittsburgh Penguins since before they ever won a Stanley Cup. I was on skates at six years old (1980) and Mario Lemieux came to be my idol. I love the penguins and Crosby is a very very unique individual and a great player in so many ways. Let's Go Pens!!!

Not just one of the best hockey players ever, but a top-notch human being too. In a world full of people seeking personal fame for its own sake, Sidney Crosby consistently always makes it about how to best lift others around him while never seeking the limelight for himself.
I have never been a Pens fan before this year but I have to say Crosby and Letang are great players >
His Idol was no other than Stevie Y. I think Sidney will follow in his steps after his playing career with beng GM of the Penguins . He is ao detailed in his life that anything he does he does with hard work and ultimate process.
Been a fan of Sid since 2005 and even flew to Pittsburgh from Chicago in 2016 to watch them play (against the Blackhawks) and it was a great experience, especially watching Sid score. ❤🐧❤️
