Prudential has always had bad ice. If the Devils aren’t playing there’s almost always an even where the ice is covered. Last night was Seton Hall and there are 2 concerts between tonight’s game and their next one.
It’s one of the busiest arenas in the country, ice suffers because of it. MSG has similar problems.
Been lucky enough to play at MSG, Pru, Cap One and PNC (canes) and PNC had by far the best ice cuz it’s covered the least.

I’m sure there are millions of reasons why, but I wish the powers that be could find a different venue for some of the other events. I don’t know how many college basketball games get played there but it’s particularly bad after those ones.
