Quickest way to tell people you’re doing something is to tell them you aren’t doing that thing through multiple mediums, statements, and interviews.

fuck Ted.
He’s lost any goodwill from the fanbase.
I hope the VA deal blows up in his face, and he has to beg DC to stay.

He doesn’t believe he is abandoning DC but he sure as hell knows he gave MD the middle finger.

Anyone who understands how the DC council and mayor operate understands why this happened.

Sounds like something Jack Kent Cooke said before finalizing the FedEx Field deal. And to this day, people want them back in DC.

I may be biased because I live in Arlington (may not be the case by the time the move happens, but still) but I think people are severely overreacting to the move out of DC… ITS FOUR MILES – this isn’t remotely similar to the move from RFK to fedex. Alexandria is… Nice, it’s close, you can see the entire DC skyline. I apologize that you Marylanders will have to commute an extra {20?} minutes. I think you all will quit complaining when we built a shiny new stadium and you actually get to see it. But whatever, keep telling yourself that this is going to majorly inconvenience you.

Definitely Abandoning MD fans who live outside the Beltway, but I guess the influx of NOVA attendees will make up for significant hit to 41 percent of the ticket base

Perhaps not but you are wanting taxpayers to help fund your new play area! No!!!
Own-Being-1973
Yep, there will be definitely a lot of time to sit and stare at the DC skyline while in bumper to bumper traffic
