In a given week how many days do you recommend being at the gym doing weight lifting and then doing workouts like the one you did at the park. Curious guy looking to expand my workouts especially since gyms are closed right now

A. The flow is spectacular! B. Plain granola or flavored? My sister mixed up some homemade cinnamon granola recently and I've been having it with yogurt and peaches and it is to die for!

Okay… I have a couple of ideas for you if you're still looking for some. Obviously a lot of us watching your videos can make suggestions about places to visit. Hopefully you're making a list. Maybe do a video of places people have suggested for food to try, like really localized stuff unless you want a heads up about places to see when you know you're venturing out. I'm sure you're realizing what a treasure trove of places to hike and enjoy nature there are in the bay… one of the advantages of being near the coast! Hope there will be other places you can fly that drone too! Another idea for a video… maybe you can start hiding surprises for people to find based on where you've visited that day. Could be a signed puck… I can actually give you about 4 brand new hats that you are welcome to… just sign them and leave them somewhere that you leave clues to. Sounds like some fun to me. 😉 You can make a hashtag for it or something… WhereinthebayisMarioFerraro? haha
