The NHL All Star break has come to an end, and it’s fair to say it was a successful event. The fantasy draft on Friday was a bit of a dull; however, the entertainment value picked up on Friday with the Skills Competition which then bled into the game on Saturday. While it wasn’t perfect, it was much better than previous years.
Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin experienced the NHL All Star game in Toronto first hand. They’ll give there thoughts of the experience of being in an All Star and the everything that goes on surrounding the event. Along with that, they want to hear your thoughts on the event. Head to the Oilersnation YouTube channel to leave your thoughts on the Charm Diamond live chat.
Of course, now that the All Star break is over, the Edmonton Oilers get back on the ice tomorrow to face the Vegas Golden Knights. If the Oilers win, they would tie the league record for the most wins in a row which is 17 set by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the early 90s. Can they do it? Only time will tell.
Later in the show, our very own Bruce Curlock joins Tyler and Liam. With Bruce, they’ll talk about whats been happening with the Bakersfield Condors as of late. Is Jack Campbell ready for a call up? How is Phillip Broberg playing? Is it time to move on from Xavier Bourgault?
You can expect all of that and more on Oilersnation Everyday.

Sean Walker is not a Ceci upgrade. In fact I would be nervous playing Walker at all in the playoffs, even if he was a depth Dman for the Oilers.
Don’t trade don’t rock the boat
Konecny
I wonder if the team is good enough right now.
I would be scared a trade may mess with the flow they have going. But im not opposed to a trade for the right guy.
Remember, through the past 10 cup winners, none of them aired a superstar at the deadline. They acquired more role playing players.
I think the Oilers need to do this too
If ur the Oilers u wanna try to do all ur shopping with one team. Packages like Eberle+Larsson, Walker+Koneckny, or Jenner+Textier seem more appealing than just Guentzel, Henrique, or Chychrun. We need the biggest impact over the biggest name
I bet 99% of the Oiler fans wanting to trade for Sean Walker haven't even seen him play more than once or ever paid attention to him when they have seen his team play.
Why would the Oilers possibly, in any way, want Eberle back….remember he was just a giveaway salary dump a few years ago.
Rasmus Anderson please
Package Broberg, Campbell with retained salary, and a 3rd Rd pick
a trade for vince dunn(kraken) or moritz seider from (wings) if they would trade could be really interesting and nice hockey trade like we did for ekholm last year
